When I was 12 years old I went to Vans Warped Tour and it began the domino effect of my life. I fell in love with music and the entire alternative music scene. I found a love for typography through drawing lyrics on every note and binder. As I got into design I found a passion for designing posters and apparel for my favorite bands.

I am here to design for girls like me in the alternative scene!

Here is a glimpse at my work.

This is my most recent design for an album release for “Joy Next Door” by The Maine. Designed in Affinity, I wanted to go with earthy tones as their album cover is grass, but still have a feminine look using a unique t-shirt color and style.

This is a tour poster for The Story So Far completely designed in Photoshop. I sketched out the idea first, then used an image I took at Warped Tour in 2014 of the lead singer and converted it to a solid color. I created each shape and added textures. The colors are inspired by their album cover for “I Want to Disappear”.

This magazine spread is inspired by Alternative Press magazine that I spent my teens reading. Created for a typography project, it has held up as my favorite editorial piece. Layering images and graphics balanced with the typography, together it drags your eye across the spread.

“Pushing Daisies” by Neck Deep was my favorite track from this record. Drawn on Procreate and then brought into Photoshop to vectorize and place on apparel. This would be a fun puff print sweater.

“Suckerpunch” was All Time Lows single for their newest album release and the music video inspired this t-shirt. Firstly, I sketched out multiple ideas, then used Illustrator to vectorize a motorcyclist and create the design. Four variations for different shirt and ink combinations were designed.

This poster for “Drum Show” by Twenty One Pilots was an experimental layout poster design. To start I sketched out a layout and fit handdrawn text into it. I then brought it in Illustrator and vectorized the design, added color and other design elements. It took a few variations to get right but this is the final look.

Inspired by “All This Time” by The Story So Far, this was a hand drawn typography illustration I created and then brought into Illustrator to vectorize.
